Insights & Takeaways

  1. Codie hits all the top LinkedIn advice. She posts 1x per day. She CTAs in almost every post. She uses a variety of media types. She's a professional and it shows.
  2. Her post length varies dramatically. She has some tweet-like posts that are around 300 characters. Then she has some long-form posts that are like 500 words. Both work, but again, people appreciate variety.
  3. She's in the "winner" position already. One thing that's important with these massive accounts is realizing that what they're doing today isn't the only reason they're winning. What they did to get where they are is the bigger reason. But, what they're doing today determines if they'll be winning 3-6-12 months from now. So there's still lots to learn, even though any random post from her will do well.
  4. She's leaning hard into live workshops/webinars. This is more on the monetization side of things, but the vast majority of her CTAs are to her workshops. In 2026, webinars and live workshops are one of the highest-converting conversion mechanisms.
  5. About 1/2 of her posts are tweet screenshots or video clips. These are what I'd *generally* consider "lower-effort" posts. Doesn't really matter though, because they perform well. The top two posts in the last month were both this format. Important to call out though, because things can change on a dime. Alex Hormozi, for example, stopped posting tweet screenshots to his IG reels because they stopped performing well.
  6. She's going high TAM. While she mostly talks about buying businesses, she's sharing her "before/after" story, talks about being rich, discusses AI, and her top post is that it's not too late to start. This likely works for her because she's going for massive reach, but for most smaller accounts, I'd advise staying more within your niche topics.
