  1. Kyle posted only 13 times in the last 30 days. Now, that's not to say that's what got him to 107,000 followers, but it's working for him now. And his posts do exceptionally well in terms of engagement and (I'd imagine) traffic. Goes to show the quality > quantity argument can work for LinkedIn.

  2. He included links to his newsletter in most posts. He has 80,000+ newsletter subscribers (LinkedIn has been his primary acquisition source according to him). And his posts are doing well despite including links. There is some data to suggest posts with links increase your reach, not decrease it.

  3. He's leveraging his long-form newsletters for LinkedIn. Nearly every LinkedIn post is a shorter-form version of his newsletter. So the askβ€”"read the full thing"β€”is hyper-aligned and likely converts well.

  4. His graphics game is top notch. The graphics he makes are not easy to make. Even with AI. And that helps his content stand apart. Here's an example - you can see he's treating his business like a true media company by investing the time to make things like this.

  5. He tags people like crazy. He's not just speaking into the void, but he's tagging individuals and companies who are good examples of the topic in his posts. And they often respond and engage because the content paints them in a nice light and it's well-researched/professional.

  6. He's getting some great conversations and debates in the comments. Like everyone, he gets a bunch of AI comments too. But there's some excellent comments surfaced at the top of the majority of his posts, going to show he genuinely engages with folks.
