Hey! This week, we're taking a look at Adam Robinson's account. One of the best ways to improve your content on any platform is to find the people who are winning the most and see what they're doing. So let's get into it! Quick highlights:
Best two posts (by likes):1/ RB2B proves you don’t need VC money to build a billion-dollar brand 2/ MoltSets announcement Insights & Takeaways1/ Adam is posting about ~4x per week. This is surprising considering many B2B folk point to him as the golden child, yet he's posting far less frequently than most big creators. I don't know if it's a constraint on his end, or intentional decision, but regardless, he seems to be winning. 2/ 50% of his posts are text-only. Remember, LinkedIn is a text-first platform. If you want to get video content, you open IG or YouTube, not LinkedIn. It's true that the data says posts with media tend to do better, but it doesn't mean text-only posts can't work. 3/ Almost all the images he uses are "raw." Meaning, they are a screenshot of an email/DM or a photo directly from his phone. Anecdotally, I see this performing far better across my clients. My hypothesis is that as AI slop content takes over more and more, the clearly human/authentic pieces will win. Applies to media, writing, etc. 4/ Lots of creative formats. Adam uses all caps regularly. He has posts that are pure back-and-forth dialogue (no narration). He'll lean hard into business and share numbers in a 300-word post, but then the next day he'll post a one-liner. I do think this diversity keeps people intrigued. 5/ He talks business in every post & drops CTAs in most. A lot of creators wonder why they get good traction on their posts but can't make sales. Well, if you post motivational quotes, then expect to sell $50k LTV services...good luck. What Adam does is every single post is tied to business and money. And over 50% have calls-to-action. If you read his content, you know who he is, what he sells, and the next step he wants you to take. 6/ He's the antithesis of many "already won" creators. A lot of the creators who have already won don't put the work in any longer. They'll go super broad. They'll use motivational quotes. They continue going viral only because they're big. But it does seem like Adam's actual content, the stuff he writes, is deep. And that's why his text-only posts perform well. People expect that level of depth from him. And it also makes sense why he drives revenue from his LinkedIn. The big claim his LinkedIn has been his primary channel for building multiple 7 & 8 figure businesses. And I believe it! To monetize, not just build an audience, go deep on your subject-matter expertise consistently. Make people know you exist. Let them know what you sell. And that's it. Two questions for you:

Every week, I spend hours studying what's working on LinkedIn. Then, I send you an in-depth email breaking it down so you can (1) copy the most effective tactics and (2) implement upgrades you're not using (so you can increase your lead flow).
