Breaking down Leila Hormozi's LinkedIn account

Are you a founder who doesn't want to spend 5 hours writing tweets or LinkedIn posts every week?

Tribe Digital can get you down to 1-2 hours per month while growing your account, email list, and deal flow faster.

Hey!

This week, we're taking a look at Leila Hormozi's account.

One of the best ways to improve your content on any platform is to find the people who are winning the most and see what they're doing.

So let's get into it!

Insights & Takeaways

  1. She posted 53 times in the last 30 days. Almost 2x per day. To those saying 1x a day is the cap, it looks like Leila disagrees (and she's clearly winning).
  2. Giveaways are one of the most popular formats to go viral and to grow. Leila doesn't them. Just sheer organic content, no "comment-to-get" CTAs.
  3. Leila is utilizing her massive library of video content. 26 of the posts (49%) are videos. Great way to get extra juice from the same lemon and hit her volume targets.
  4. 0 links and CTAs in her content. She's treating her audience like the asset and letting it grow and compound over time and is less worried about monetization today and tomorrow.
  5. "Agree?" is one of her top performing hooks. If you scroll her last 30 days of content, you'll see it several times. She's repeating what works. New tweet screenshot, same hook.
  6. You and I are not Leila Hormozi but we can become more like her. She could post something with a terrible hook and get great engagement. But that's not "unfair." It's because she's delivered value time and time again, so when people see her content, they immediately like it and engage with it because they have such a positive association with her. That's the goal of a personal brand.
  7. The comment section on LinkedIn is littered with AI slop. Even though her content is great and she gets fantastic engagement, there are a billion AI slop comments on her posts. That's just part of the game if you're posting in 2026. You don't have control over that.

And that's it.

Two questions for you:

  1. Anything new or interesting you learned from this?
  2. Who would you like me to cover next?

Best,

Matthew
