Hey! This week, we’re taking a look at Rohan Sheth’s account. Quick highlights:
Best two posts (by likes):1/ Somebody in your life is underestimating you badly. And no, it’s not that bitter ex… 2/ Doing what everyone else does is burning your ad budget. But you can play this game no one is playing: Insights & Takeaways1/ He posts daily. Nothing fancy. 28 posts in 30 days. Consistency is still most of the game. 2/ He doesn't do the whole "comment to get" thing. And he doesn't need to. With the kind of traffic he's getting on his average posts, he's clearly pulling some big subscriber numbers with direct CTAs. One small change I'd make though: Instead of linking to your newsletter in every post, I'd link to a lead magnet, or a few different lead magnets, because you'd get a higher CTR and higher conversion. 3/ 25 of his 28 posts were images. Zero text posts, zero carousels. If you're only doing text posts, test adding an image for a month. It's the lowest-effort format change you can make, and it clearly works for him. 4/ His newsletter topic isn't his business. GrowRev is a paid ads agency (estimated around $5M a year), but the newsletter is about networking. Networking is a much broader topic, so it grows a bigger list faster. The tradeoff is that a lot of those subscribers will never buy ads management. If I were him, I'd tag subscribers who click on anything ads-related and send them a separate offer. 5/ His best posts pick a fight on your behalf. "Somebody is underestimating you." "Doing what everyone else does is burning your ad budget." Both make the reader the hero and point at a villain. Easy structure to borrow. 6/ There's no subscriber number on his landing page. With 148K LinkedIn followers and a CTA in every post, he's almost certainly sitting on a big list. "Join 50,000+ founders" would lift conversion. Social proof in numbers works. 7/ His opt-in asks for first name and email. Matter of preference. But if he's looking to just maximize his list growth, I'd get rid of first name. Then on the other hand, if he's looking to maximize leads directly, it might be worth adding a revenue dropdown field or something of the sort. And that’s it. Two questions for you:

Hey - Matthew here! Instead of your weekly TRIBE email, I'm gonna vary this one up a little bit. I saw this tweet come across my feed: It was actually an ad. But regardless, with those kinds of results ($2m to $4m ARR in 30 days), I had to click. What happened next is what the future of AI for cold email looks like. I entered my company site. Immediately, it began piecing together what I do. It understood my offer. My target audience. My positioning. My pricing. Everything. Then, it literally...
